Covered arena

200′ × 100′, covered and lit.

Our covered arena gives you a full-size riding space that stays shaded in July and dry in April. Open sides keep the air moving, skylight panels keep it bright, and arena lights mean a late-evening ride after work is no problem. Footing is groomed sand.

All of our stalls are located inside the covered arena and barn, so horses and riders move from stall to saddle without ever stepping into the rain.

Round pen

70′ covered round pen.

Lunge, start a young horse or work on groundwork in a 70-foot round pen that’s covered and lighted like the arena. Solid lower panels and a smooth sand surface keep the focus on the horse.

Stalls

Custom 12′ × 12′ stalls, fan included.

Every stall is custom built and located inside our covered arena barn — a relaxing space for your horse to rest, eat and stay cool.

  • ✓Auto-latching doors
  • ✓360° spill-proof feed bowls
  • ✓Top-to-bottom hay feeders
  • ✓Automatic water bowls
  • ✓Closed-motor stall fans
  • ✓Shavings included

Tack room

Heated. Air-conditioned. Yours.

Humidity is hard on leather. Our tack room is heated and air-conditioned — a safe place for your saddle and bridle, and a great place to take a break from the Texas summer heat or a cold winter morning.

Personal lockers and a mini fridge for medication storage are available.

Wash racks

Heated indoor wash racks.

Bathe after a sweaty ride or before a show, any time of year. Our wash stalls are indoors with rubber matting, natural light and heat for cooler months — no more shivering horses on a February rinse.

Pastures & turnout

Room to roam, shade to rest.

Large, improved pastures with run-in sheds, big live oaks for shade and a year-round pond where horses can wade in and cool off. Turnout groups are assigned by the ranch manager based on temperament and age, and stall-board horses get day or night turnout.

The grounds

High ground, easy access.

The ranch sits about 30 feet above street level, and we’ve spent a lot of time planning around — and improving — the drainage. Just off Highway 36 and ten minutes from the Sealy exit on I-10, there are no back roads to navigate with a trailer.

Shaded picnic tables, a restroom with shower and trailer storage (additional charge) round out the property.
